ReplyDeleteIt is important to draw applications from as wide a pool as possible and we have links with specialist press and websites if minority groups are under-represented and you want to take positive action. Attracting the right people to apply for the vacancy is important as they need a good response from suitably qualified people. It is worthwhile assessing what the right person might look like and what would make the job attractive to them.

- Discourage those people who would be unsuitable
- Promote a positive image of the organisation
- Comply with discrimination legislation.
