These are the 8 stages of Recruitment and Selection each of these elements contributes to finding the most suitable candidates. Depending on the organisation there are other ways employers go through on how they prefer to break down the recruitment and selection process, from 8 or 4 stages. Looking back on my previous experience my recruitment process certainly was not long; I was successful for the job after receiving a call the very same day when I attended the interview.
Fantastic diagram but again a missed opportunity to link this to legislation. Is there a reason why they do things in that order? why do they do those stages?
ReplyDeleteEmployers that take this process approach are more likely to be seen as a fair, positive and progressive place to work by the diverse society that they are part of. This does need to be taken seriously though as there are an increasing number of specific areas of discrimination covered by legislation.
